Love Missile F1-11 by Sigue Sigue Sputnik was played as the background track during Ferris Bueller’s opening monologue in Ferris Buller’s Day Off.
This particular video is labeled on YouTube as the “uncensored” version. Apparently, certain countries have something against attaching a suppressor to a gun on screen, so the censored version is missing that part.
Regarding Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, I went to see that movie with a friend while we were skipping school. I wonder how many people did that when it was playing in theaters back in the ’80s.
